Product Information For Elongation Test Apparatus:

This test apparatus conforms to the standard requirements of IEC 60811-505, IEC 60811-1-4, VDE 0472 Part 616, and etc.

It is applicable for the insulating sheath of the high polymer material, electric wire, rubber, and plastic to do the elongation test at the environment of -35°~0°.

Operation Steps For Elongation Test Apparatus:

1. Put the stretching machine in the low temperature test box. Then, according to the labels on the back of the equipment, connect the stretching machine to the electric control cabinet, and connect the motor to the electric control cabinet. Connect the power cord of the electric control cabinet to the 230V 50Hz power supply.

2. Turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on.

3. Press the [Stretching] button to reserve the position of the sample. Rotate the fixture rod to clamp both ends of the sample, and then press the [Stretching] button to start the test. The counter automatically records the displacement distance.

4. When the sample is broken, the counter stops recording. Press the [Stop] button, the motor stops rotating.

5. Press the [Reset] button to move the sample fixture back to its original position.

6. After finishing the test, please stop the machine and cut off the power. Open the low temperature box, take out the stretching machine, and put it in a ventilated and dry place.

Notice For Elongation Test Apparatus:

1. The stretching speed of the apparatus have been adjusted and fixed before leaving the factory, and generally do not need to be changed.

2. After the apparatus is powered on, please do not open the back door of the electric control cabinet at will to avoid danger.

3. After the elongation test is finished, take the apparatus out of the low-temperature box, dry it, place it in a ventilated place to prevent rust.
