Product Information:
This oil immersion test equipment complies with ASTM D471-98, IEC 62368-1: 2018, Section Y.4.5, etc.
The tester is suitable for testing the oil resistance of rubber, plastic enameled wire or insulator.
Test method: Immerse the specimen in hot oil, then remove the specimen and test its tensile strength. If the test piece is enameled wire, check the paint film quality.
Instrument composition:
1. Dumbbell test cup (stainless steel): 6 pieces, height 300mm (or custom).
2. Test cup cover material: six pieces of corrosion and temperature resistant advanced rubber (tight plug) or six pieces of aluminum plug (loose plug).
3. In the workshop (space for holding the test cup for insulation and heating): 320 x 300 x 350 mm, stainless steel.
4. With sample isolation and suspension device (6 pieces, each corresponding to a test cup, each device can be suspended 3 dumbbells).
