Application
The IPX3~4 oscillating tube waterproof test system simulates rain and water spray conditions to check the resistance of products against splashing and spraying water. System Composition
Oscillating Tube Swing Device: Provides accurate swinging motion to simulate rain exposure.
Full Set of Oscillating Tubes: R200mm, R400mm, R600mm, R800mm, R1000mm, R1200mm, R1400mm, R1600mm, adaptable for different sample sizes.
Turntable: Rotates test samples to ensure uniform water exposure.
Intelligent Water Supply & Control Cabinet: Includes water supply tank, pump, and control system.
Control System
The intelligent water supply system is controlled by a PLC, frequency converter, and flow meter, ensuring stable and precise water flow. This enables accurate and repeatable waterproof testing according to IEC standards.
